Hi neighbors,
Just a quick reminder that if you have stuff cluttering up your home and yard and have had barriers to bringing it to CSWD, come to the IAA parking lot between 10am and 2:30pm on Saturday and get rid of it! Big thanks to Jane Knodell, Brian Pine, and Max Tracy for applying for city council funding to make sure this is free to all Old North End residents. Here are the details (and feel free to share!):
CLEAN UP CLEAN OUT EVENT Saturday, June 30th 10 - 2:30pm Integrated Arts Academy Parking Lot Entrance on Spring St.
Join your Wards 2, 3, and Central District City Councilors to clean up and clean out! If you have trash and other household items that have been cluttering up your home, yard, or neighborhood, this is your chance to get rid of them for free. Bring them to Integrated Arts Academy parking lot on Spring St. between 10am and 2:30pm on Saturday, June 30th and you'll have access to dumpsters from Casella Waste, and recycling hauling. We are happy to accept anything except large appliances and tires. Paint and other hazardous household products are welcome and will be brought to the CSWD Environmental Depot after the event.
If you have household goods that are in good shape, you don't need to dump them! ReSource VT will pick them up for free Monday through Friday. Call (802) 658-4143 x19 to schedule a pick up.
