Slow Food Vermont - Maple Class!

Get primed for maple season at the first Slow Food Vermont cooking class of 2014! Eat and drink your way through some classic and new maple dishes:

Maple Soda (maple water, syrup, and lots of froth)
Sugar on Snow (in a birch cone)
Eggs in Syrup (simple and delish with maple straws)
Maple Baked Cheese (with roasted nuts and warm maple taffy)
