Hike and Yoga Nidra (Meditation)

Interested in meditation? Struggling with balancing your energy?

Join me this Friday evening for a walk up Mile Long Field where we'll stop and experience Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Perfect for all.

We'll meet at 6pm at the entrance (gate) to Mile Long Field. Please bring something comfortable to rest on during yoga nidra (a small blanket or towel are great). Wear clothes and shoes that will comfortably support your walk up the field and then transition to guided meditation/relaxation.
