Energize 365 Pop Ups in the Parks is featuring Bone Builders this Saturday June 30 at 9:30 am in Bandstand Park in Lyndonville. This fitness class is provided by NEK Council on Aging and is free and open to the public. Energize 365 is a Community Wide Campaign to Promote Physically Activity and is sponsored by the Physically Healthy Collaborative Action Network of the Caledonia and Southern Essex Accountable Health Community.
