Gentle Fitness Classes

Leave pain and stiffness behind at the gentle fitness classes conducted by Mo Profera at 1 PM on Wednesday, February 12 at the Dailey Memorial Library . $5 donation/class.

“Everyone feels better after exercising” but some are intimidated at the thought of taking a fitness class. Well, this class is designed for those looking for a gentle workout.
The class includes simple, but effective seated and standing exercises. No jumping around.
It involves stretching, weights, low intensity movement with energizing music for having fun.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a bottle of water and 1 lb. weights, if you have them.
