Reading Frederick Douglass in North Hero July 7

Past event
Jul 7, 2018, 1 to 2 PM

Join a public participatory reading of Frederick Douglass's fiery Independence Day speech on July 7 at North Hero Public Library at 1:00 pm. The speech, first given in 1852, remains emotionally powerful and thought-provoking more than a century and a half later. The reading is free and open to all, and we need your help!
