Hi all, looking to get out and shake those bones this weekend. Well before you get back to the work week come on over to the Edmunds Elementary school field to play some ultimate frisbee. This is a high energy game but we don't keep track of the score. Sneakers are the normal footwear but cleats or barefeet are welcome too.

So come on out, meet some people, sweat a little, and have some fun.
