The new coffee roasting operation on Texas Hill, now named Hill & Hollow Roasting Co., will be hosting an open house this Saturday, June 23 from 9:30-11 at 89 Bishop Rd. Come check out the roaster, enjoy a sample, and pick up some beans.
**Bishop Road is off of Texas Hill Road, right near where the construction is happening. To travel by car, you would have to come up the Hinesburg side of Texas Hill Road to get to Bishop Road right now with the construction. Worth the extra few miles!
