Come and join us at the Northfield Senior Center for a discussion with a physical therapist from Gifford on Tuesday, June 26th at 1:00 P.M. We will be talking about tips and tricks for staying active when dealing with the aches and pains of arthritis and common exercises that can help. We'll also be learning about helpful exercises for the aging body. This event is free and all are welcome to attend.
