Hi all, my name is Colleen Myles and I'm a Surgical and Pediatric ICU nurse at UVM Medical Center. You may have heard that we're negotiating for a contract that secures safe staffing and quality patient care at the hospital, and that last week we voted 94 percent to authorize a strike if necessary.
