On June 23, 2018 from 10 am to 1 pm, members of the Vermont Reiki Association Terrie Look, Debbie Trombly and Gerette Buglion will be offering mini Reiki sessions at the Morrisville Senior Center, next to Cumberland Farms in downtown Morrisville.
All donations will be forwarded to the Alzheimer's Association for their ongoing research and education resources!
People will receive Reiki on a first come, first served basis from 10:00 - 1:00. If necessary, there will be a place to sit and rest while you wait.
Practitioner members of the Vermont Reiki Association, (VRA) will be offering Reiki treatments across Vermont to support the Alzheimer's Association's 'The Longest Day' event to raise funds and awareness for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association throughout the entire week of June 19-24th.
Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the United States alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. Research shows that Reiki (pronounced RAY-key) healing can be effective in addressing a number of the challenges dementia patients and their caregivers face every day.
The VRA hopes you will join us between June 19-24 to experience a Reiki treatment and to learn of its many benefits while contributing to the Alzheimer's Association.
If you have questions about Reiki or the June 23rd event in Morrisville, please contact Gerette Buglion at gerette@dreamhavenvt.com or 802-498-8015 - or - Terrie Look (Spiral Pathways) at healing@spiralpathways.com or 802-363-2057.
