Summer Solstice Labyrinth Walk

Summer Solstice is a date that many of us in the northern hemisphere revere as a day to breathe into, as the light is enduring, nurturing and healing. This is a perfect time to walk the path of balance, integrating the energy of illumination from within.
As this labyrinth holds 2 – 3 people, at a time comfortably, chairs will be provided for sitting meditation.

This is an indoor floor labyrinth created from a sail boat sail. It was obtained by a friend who worked with me to re-shape it and another friend stitched it together. The 7-circuit path was painted onto the cloth. The elements of air (breath) and water (emotions) are inherent in this labyrinth.
