The meeting will feature a presentation by special guest, Paul Costello, Executive Director of the Vermont Council on Rural Development (VCRD). Paul will discuss the Community Visit Program of VCRD and how our community might benefit from this process.
In addition, meet the newly formed Steering Committee of Swanton Downtown Enhancement Project. The committee has met several times since the meeting that took place in November. They are poised for action, and this meeting will give everyone a chance to review their plan, including 3 special projects.
