Phyllis Chapman will be presenting an ongoing program that discusses the history of flags, from Colonial Days to the present day 50 stars. There will be activities for children, information provided by the American Legion and discounts on flags sold in the gift shop. The event is free and open to the public, it takes place on the lawn of the Monument. A great after school opportunity for students.
