Yoga Class for Adults and Children

Join Thereza Cononi, owner of Tree House Yoga , for this family friendly yoga class for both new and experienced yoga practitioners, sponsored by Island Arts.

Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for children.
Location: Island Arts Barn, Rt 2, North Hero
Enjoy this fun opportunity for the entire family to enjoy the benefits of yoga. No experience is required. Experienced yoga practitioners welcome too. Come and enjoy the sweetness of practicing yoga together.
Please wear loose clothing, bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. We will have some extra yoga mats to share.
Maximum Number Of Participants 30 Participant Ages 5 and up. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
