Please join us at Lake Elmore for our first ever tractor parade in honor of our former Lake Association president, David Anderson. It was a familiar sight to many as Dave would travel the Camp Road daily in his John Deere to tend to his properties at each end of the road. We all miss him and know how much he loved our lake and its community. To participate, all you need to do is bring any type/vintage tractor, lawn tractor and even children's versions to ride. Meeting time is 1:45 at the boat launch end of the lake with parade starting promptly at 2 pm. Camp Road, a portion of Route 12 as well as the Elmore State Park area are great sites to view the parade route. Our parade marshal will be the "mayor" of Elmore, Warren Miller. Dave Anderson's passion was working to keep Lake Elmore healthy and milllfoil free. If you would like to donate to the Lake Elmore Millfoil Project there will be coin collection buckets.
