We'll be exploring these questions during the meeting as the NPA makes an honest effort to become a more effective voice for our neighborhoods and Wards:
What do you want to change about our Ward 2/3 Community?
How would you use $2000 to bring more voices into this conversation?
What current neighborhood needs are unmet by the city budgeting process?
6:45– Resolution: NPA FY2018 Budget to decide the distribution of each Ward's current $400 annual budget;
7:00– Working Session: NPA Visions and Objectives (See the questions above - your input will matter!);
8:00 – Public Forum for announcements, comments, issues or suggestions;
8:10 – Resolution: Equitable Ward Representation on Ad-Hoc Bodies, a proposal to give our NPAs a regular voice in many city decisions that affect our neighborhoods;
8:20 – Report from City Councilors (Jane Knodell, Central District (Wards 2 and 3); Brian Pine, Ward 3; & Max Tracey, Ward 2);
8:30 – Report: State Representatives (Jill Krowinski and Curt McCormack (Chittenden 6-3); Selene Colburn and Brian Cina (Chittenden 6-4);
8:45 – Adjourn
