The Waitsfield-Fayston Fire Department's Annual Kids Fishing Derby is this Saturday, June 16th at Hartshorn's Pond on Hartshorn rd in Waitsfield. All kids 13 and under are invited to participate. This event is free. It will begin at 10:00am and will end at noon. There will be hotdogs and drinks as well as a free raffle for a fishing pole! The pond is located about a mile and a quarter North of Waitsfield village. Look for the fire truck at the end of the road.
