Adventure is just a wagon ride away at Merck Forest and Farmland Center. Campers will meet at the Visitor Center in the morning where they will load the horse-drawn wagon to start the day’s journey. Through art, play, observation, and exploration, campers will learn what life is like on our farm and in our forest. We will focus on a unique habitat each day, spending time in the garden, pond and stream, coop, woods, and pasture. Campers will come home tired, dirty, and smiling with their hearts and heads full of joy and their hands carrying an art project that they made using natural materials from the ecosystem they explore.
