The Northeast Kingdom Council on Aging is offering Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research. This Alzheimer's Association workshop is designed for individuals of any age who are looking for information on how to age as well as possible. We will share tips from the latest research on habits we can adopt to increase our chances of living longer without dementia. This workshop is facilitated by Nancy Oakes, Director of Family Caregiver Support at the NEK Council on Aging and Alzheimer's Association Community Educator
