Starting June 25th join me for Flow & Restore yoga at Jai Studios on Mondays, 6-7pm
Flow & Restore is a great way to check in and unwind at start of your week. We begin with gentle movements to open up our bodies before moving into a flow where we'll work and build our strength and flexibility. The second half of class we'll release into supported, restorative postures. Class is accessible to all levels, including beginners.
