The Huntington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Community Church of the Huntington Annex, on Monday, February 24, 2014, at 7pm, to receive comments on proposed changes to the Huntington Zoning and Subdivision Regulations to create a Development Review Board (DRB). The DRB would consolidate the functions of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the subdivision review functions of the Planning Commission. The DRB proposal will be implemented pending approval by Huntington's voters at Town Meeting, March 4, 2014.
