Join me for an Essential Oils 101 class on Saturday, June 16th from 3-4pm. Come learn about incorporating essential oils into your wellness routine. We'll go over safe oil usage, why it's important to use therapeutic grade essential oils, and we'll talk about some effective essential oil remedies for everyday issues (allergies, sleep, calming nerves, digestive issues, immune boosting, energy boosting, nontoxic cleaning, and more).

You'll also have a chance to take home some essential oils of your own at a 50% discount!

Our class will take place at Aspire Learning Community, located at 46 Farr Lane in Waitsfield (on the right hand side of the white farm house adjacent to Bridge Street). Class is free to attend!
