Free Classes on Mental Health

The National Alliance on Mental Illness Vermont (NAMIVT) is enrolling participants for the following programs in the Burlington area:
Mental Illness and Recovery Workshop
February 15 from 9-4
Who Should Attend: Family members, peers and community residents who want to learn more about mental illness and recovery.

Family-to-Family Class
March 3 – May 19 6:00-8:30
The NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program is a FREE, evidence-based 12-week course structured to help families and friends of individuals with mental illness understand and support their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. The course is designed specifically for parents, siblings, spouses, teen-age and adult children and significant others of persons with severe mental illness.
