Enjoy a free cup of coffee and share your ideas on making Greater Burlington more livable. Please join us this Wednesday, June 13th from 9AM – 10AM. Guest speaker, Danielle Williams, Coordinator for Volunteer Recruitment, United Way, who will present opportunities for folks to get involved with the RSVP and Foster Grandparent Programs. AARP VT's coffee talk discussion will be led by our volunteers on relevant, timely issues. You will have the opportunity to share your ideas and have a chance to visit with neighbors and provide input for future topic discussions.

When: June 13 from 9AM -10AM, Second Wednesday of Every Month

Location: Maglianero Café, 47 Maple Street.

Interested in using public transit to attend the meeting? Call Jordan, GMT, 802-540-0874 to arrange a Bus Buddies volunteer to teach you the basics of bus ridership and travel together to the meeting. It's free and customizable for your travel needs.

Parking: Perkins Pier 29-33 Maple Street; (if you have a Green Mountain Passport you can park for free if you put it on your car's dashboard) - otherwise there is a charge for parking; on-street parking is available at the meters; a bus stop is located across from the café and a handicap space is directly in front of the café entrance. Note to drivers: there is construction on the road outside Maglianeros. If you take Battery Street to Perkins Pier you'll miss the road blocks.
