LEDC'S JUNE BUSINESS SKILLS WORKSHOP

STRATEGIC SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

To be held at the Green Mountain Technology and Career Center, Hyde Park, VT, Wednesday, June 20th 9: 00 am 'til Noon

Do you want to take your business to the next level? This workshop will help you develop a strategic plan to take your business to that next step. Using Excel based software, each attendee will go through the process of identifying their business' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The software will then recommend the type of strategy best suited to the individual company. With the assistance of the instructors, the student will identify a particular strategy for their organization. The final step is to translate the strategy into a pro forma Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Each student will leave the workshop with the basic strategy already on their own laptop.

ALL REGISTRANT WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP COMPUTER WHICH MUST HAVE EXCEL INSTALLED ON IT.
