Join us for a discussion with visiting faculty Tradd Cotter of Mushroom Mountain about the wonders of mushrooms, molds and mycorrhizae used for medicine, removal of toxic substances, pest management and more.
Tradd will be on campus teaching a 4 day short-course, Mushrooms, Molds & Mycorrhizae, part of the School of the New American Farmstead's summer program.
Tradd Cotter is a self-made mycologist, founder of Mushroom Mountain and author of Organic Mushroom Farming and Mycoremediation: Simple to Advanced and Experimental Techniques for Indoor and Outdoor Cultivation (Chelsea Green Publishing).
