IT'S TIME FOR WALLINGFORD ROTARY'S ANNUAL FISHING DERBY AND CLINIC!
WHEN: SATURDAY JUNE 9, 2018
TIME: 9 AM - NOON
WHERE: FORMER GLENDENNING POND, WEST HILL ROAD (THERE WILL BE SIGNS POSTED) 3 1/2 miles from Route 140 turn onto West Hill Road.
250 Brook Trout have been placed into the pond on West Hill Road, ready for the fishing!
Join the Wallingford Rotary for its annual Fishing Derby/Clinic open to all area children free of charge! The clinic starts at 9 a.m. on Saturday June 9th at the former Glendenning Pond at the end of West Hill Road in Wallingford. There will be free refreshments, a fishing clinic and prizes!
The Rotary sponsors this event each year in conjunction with the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife as part of its "Let's Go Fishing" program. Our Fish and Wildlife certified instructor will run a fishing clinic for all children. The event is open to all area elementary school children! Rain or shine!
