Jericho Planning Commission Meeting June 5

The Planning Commission meets next on Tuesday June 5 at 7:00 in the Town Hall.

The following items are on the agenda:

1. The PC will hold their final discussion on changes to the Zoning Regulations (prior to their public hearing). These are the following changes they will discuss:

- Natural Resources Overlay District Revision, Section 6.7. This is the current version (6/1/18) can be viewed on the website. The Map (Current version 5/14/18) will be amended on Monday or Tuesday showing the potential removal of the Commercial district from the proposed Wildlife Road Crossing based on the kickoff of the Commercial District Project.
- NRO Related Changes, Definitions, Section 2; Designation of Open Space Lands, Section 10.13.4; General Development Regulations, Lot Layout, Section 11.4.8
- Changes Related to Pedestrian Facilities, Section 11.3
- Changes Related to Private Driveways, Section 11.1.2

2. Warn Public Hearing on Zoning Regulations. The plan is to warn this for July 3rd.

3. Discuss Next Planning Projects, such as Accessory Apartments, Cemetery Uses, and Fire Codes
