Help plan for the future of outdoor and forest-based recreation in Huntington!

Join the Town of Huntington, the Huntington Conservation Commission, and the Town Forest/Outdoor Recreation Steering Committee on July 11th to provide input on a draft vision and strategy for outdoor and forest-based recreation in the Huntington community. Nearly 200 residents participated in a public workshop and survey this past winter to share input on a vision for outdoor recreation in our Town. Consultants from the Vermont Urban and Community Forestry Program (provided free through a grant to our community) have analyzed our community's input, developed a draft plan, and are looking for feedback from you!

This will be your opportunity to offer input on the draft vision and help prioritize strategies for the town. Your input will help ensure that our action-based recreation plan aligns with our community values and that the strategies reflect the town's priorities for implementation.
