We are searching for local history to add to our collection as well as share what we have started in just a few kick off meetings. Realizing our resources are still very much our local community members (Because you have the goods!) we would like to hold an event open to residents' past and present to share your history!
If you have photos of your Bolton family, your childhood growing up in Bolton, Bolton events, old records, local artifacts of Bolton, Newspaper clippings etc. we would LOVE for you to come share these memories with the group and others in the community.
Our plan would be to scan copies and/or photograph anything you are willing to bring. These copies would be used to build upon our future history group gatherings.
Our roots run deep in Bolton! From the Mill Brook Districts of West Bolton, to the Valley farm land along the Winooski. We all had families that shaped the town for centuries. It's time to bring the history of the Boulders and Bears alive!
