We hope you can join us for an evening of Sound to reset and welcome Spring! Andrew Noethiger will be sharing his art of playing gongs, chimes and singing bowls shown to relax and restore.

Time:7-8pm. Please arrive at 6:45 dressed comfortably and time to set up with yoga mat or meditation cushion.
