Don't miss the VT Ski and Snowboard Museum's Thirsty Thursday, Mountain Troops/10th Mountain Division: Then and Now. Historians and military representatives will discuss how Mountain Troop equipment and training have evolved since the 10th Mountain Division began here in Vermont during World War II. Panelists will include Sepp Scanlin, Director of the 10th Mountain Division and Fort Drum Museum; John Hart, Registrar at the Sullivan Museum and History Center at Norwich University; a Vermont National Guard representative; and Brian Lindner, Historian at the Waterbury Historical Society. Doors to the museum open at 6:00 and guests are invited to enjoy the exhibits and socialize. The discussion begins at 6:30 and is sponsored by The Green Mountain Inn and Collective Arts Brewing. Optional entry donations help support the Museum.
