David Greely (Louisiana) and Claude Méthé (Québec) ) invite you to their concert of Cajun and Québécois fiddle music and song, at the York Street Meeting House in Lyndon. Greely has been nominated for four Grammys, has received the Louisiana Artist Fellowship Award for Folklife Performance and is an adjunct instructor of Cajun fiddle at the University of Louisiana.

Méthé has been a part of the traditional music world for 40+ years and is the winner of the 1983 Felix for Trad Album of the Year and a Medal of Honour from the Québec National Assembly.

Accompanied by Dana Whittle, a powerful singer and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bass, foot percussion), they offer music that illustrate the differences and similarities of their dual French/North American roots.
