I have signed up to volunteer for the Girls on the Run 5K this coming Saturday at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex, June 2nd. http://gotrvt.org/5k/ They need many more volunteers (men, women, teachers, HS students, Grandparents etc.) to help make this 5K a huge success.
