Sunday May 27, 10-12 at the Hardwick Trails

Join Walk in Awe for a slow meander in the emerging spring green of the Hardwick Trails. In the tradition of Shinrin Yoku or Forest Bathing, we will use all of our senses to experience the forested trails through a series of invitations. Over the course of two hours, we will walk quietly, focusing on the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and feelings of the forest, pausing periodically to share our insights with the group. We will end the walk by sharing a cup of tea made with plants from the place we have walked. $5-$10 sliding scale fee.
