Prior to the Selectboard meeting there's a public information session at 6 PM, also in the Town Office, relating to the Planning Commission's revisions to the Energy section of the 2015-2020 Town Plan. They have put a lot of work into the revisions, and this is the final presentation before the Selectboard votes on adoption.
The main topics of discussion on the Selectboard's agenda include: presentation of and discussion on the Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for Town Office renovations; library capital improvements.
On behalf of the Selectboard I want to thank everyone who offered their input into the Town Office renovation project. Also, special appreciation goes to those Guilford contractors who participated in GPI's requests for proposals. They reached out to everyone we could identify in Guilford who might be a possible provider.
