Come join us at The Cabot Creamery Visitor Center as we kick off the grilling season–German style! Both Saturday and Sunday, we will be sampling fresh grilled bratwurst, sauerkraut, all kinds of Vermont mustards as well as spatzle from the Vermont Spatzle Company! Vt Spatzle is a gluten-free, non-GMO traditional German egg noodle. Wash it down with Cabot's own Switchel! And of course we will be offering samples of all of our Cabot cheeses and other Vermont specialty foods.
