Good Evening:

I am writing to inform you of the Selectboard agenda for tomorrow night. I apologize for the late post.

The only matter on our agenda that is substantive (as opposed to administrative or procedural) is the question of how to deal with Village Center Transportation Issues. Over the years, several studies have been undertaken to address vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the village center, on Bay Road, Falls Road and the southern entrance to town. The question is how to synthesize these various studies into a long-range action plan and whether the town should take on this task alone or with the assistance of the Regional Planning Commission. If you are interested in this topic, I encourage you to attend tomorrow's meeting and share your views.

Also, Barb Neal, the executive director of Vermont Emergency 911 will be giving a presentation on the regional 911 developments and how that will impact our dispatch center.
