Participants Will Experience Each Week:
Experience the joy of restoring movement, alignment, and strength to all areas of your body while learning how to unravel the restrictions produced from daily life. Workshops are open to those who are new to yoga, as well as, those who are looking to grow an experienced practice.

2/9/14 ~ "The Heart & Shoulder Opener "
Join Lynne Andreen for a 2 hour workshop dedicated to the opening of the heart and shoulder. Lynne, a certified yoga instructor and raw food coach, will give you tips on raw food living. Then you will delve into some yoga Asanas (postures) that will stimulate channels of energy and bring awareness back to your own true nature. Expose yourself to a state of health, wholeness, and happiness. Leave your mat feeling like you not only have a mindful practice but an upper body massage as well. "Ohm....is where you hang your mat!"

BIO: Lynne Andreen, RYT
Lynne Andreen Principal RYT and Hostess of the Yoga 2 Go B&B, was first introduced to yoga in the mid-1970′s when she participated in a program for transcendental meditation. Over the next three decades, her enthusiasm for physical conditioning fueled her interest in several styles of exercise. She is a certified spin instructor, skier, biker, and hiker in addition to being a registered yoga teacher (RYT) practicing Iyengar and Anusara yoga styles. Lynne has added emphasis in her practice to assisting mature people with their ambitions to gain more healthy lifestyles through yoga. Lynne says, “You are never too old to start stretching and regain your body strength through yoga. Let me help you open your body, mind, and spirit.”

Trained at the Karuna Center for Yoga and Healing Arts in Northampton, MA, Lynne received her certificate in Inyengar-style yoga and became a certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance in 2008. Lynne has also completed the Anusara Immersion and Teacher Training program in Northampton, MA at the Yoga Sanctuary. She has attended numerous yoga training workshops with Yogis Rodney Yee and Martin Kirk as well as various enlightenment programs at the Kripalu Institute. In her free time Lynne is either meditating or working in her organic garden, with her husband of 35 years, or with one of her five children and 10 grandchildren.
