Affordable housing is one of the most pressing concerns facing our community, affecting everything from our health outcomes to our ability to grow our workforce. If you're wondering what Addison County is doing to address this challenge, and what you can do to help, please come to the Addison County Community Trust's 3rd annual Sip to Support Affordable Housing. All proceeds benefit ACCT's affordable housing programs, like the development of the McKnight Lane net-zero modular home community in Waltham which provides homes for low-income renters, our down-payment grant program for middle-income homebuyers, and our Support and Services at Home (SASH) program that helps seniors age safely at home. Our staff and board would love to answer your questions and hear your ideas in person.
