Jeffersonville, VT - Visions of Vermont Fine Art Galleries, 100 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Vermont will host the 87th annual NVAA June juried show from June 3rd - July 7th, 2018. The gallery is open 11am to 5pm, Tuesday-Sunday.

An artist reception will be held from 1 to 5pm on Sunday, June 3rd. Awards will be given at that 3:30pm . Available for viewing and purchase will be over 100 works by 55 artists.

Live music this year! "The Insiders" The Insiders cover a wide variety of music from blues to swing jazz and beyond. John Penoyar sings, plays guitar, and is one of Vermont's major proponents of one of the most miscellaneous of instruments - the ukulele. He will be joined by Todd Sagar on fiddle, dobro, and chromatic harmonica (a rival of the ukulele for most miscellaneous instrument!) and vocals, and the incomparable Andrew Albright on string bass and vocals.

The Northern Vermont Artist Association is the oldest organization of it's kind in the state. Led by a spirited volunteer staff the NVAA has flourished. The June Juried Show is the highlight of the year for this organization founded in 1930.

The history of this all volunteer group has helped to develop many artists in its 80 +years of support. Past members include Maxfield Parrish, Emile Gruppe, Alden Bryan, Eric Tobin, Mark Tougias and dozens of others.

Jeffersonville has been the scene for a great support system for artists over the last 100 years with opportunities to show their work and meet other artists.
