Island Arts is sponsoring a birding class on Burton Island.

Saturday 6/9 8:45 - 11:30 Cost - $35 (cost of ferry transportation is on your own) Location - Burton Island.

Meet at 8:45 at Kill Kare State Park in St Albans to catch the 9:00 ferry. Every year scores of beautiful birds find Burton Island after spending the winter in warmer climates. By May the island is overflowing with nesting warblers, catbirds, robins, waxwings, and many other birds. Join birding expert, Maeve Kim, as we walk on a few of the several lovely, flat walking paths to see birds.
