The annual Albany Memorial Day parade and observances will begin in Albany Village at 11:00am on Monday, May 28th. After the parade there will be a service at the military memorial stone in front of the Historical Society on Rt. 14. The service will be followed by a luncheon at the Albany Methodist Church at noon. Baked ham, homemade baked beans, rolls, assorted salads, homemade pies, and tea or coffee will be served at the luncheon. $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children. Proceeds from the luncheon will help support local ministry. It is a special day in our community as we share together to honor and remember those who have served in our military and given their lives for our freedom.
