Wells Village Library Basket Party on June 9th

The Wells Village Library will be holding our Second Annual Basket Party on Saturday, June 9th at the MWA Hall located on VT Route 30 in Wells, VT. Doors open at 11:00am. The drawing for baskets will begin at 1:00pm. The cost of the entry ticket sheet is $5. Additional ticket sheets are $2.00 each. We will hold a 50/50 raffle during the event. Refreshments will be for sale at the concession stand.

The library also will be selling special raffle tickets for a pair of Telescope Furniture Director's Chairs. Tickets for these are on sale at the event and also in advance at the library and from Library Trustees and Friends. They are $5/ticket or $20/5 tickets. The drawing will be held at the end of the basket party. All proceeds from this event will benefit library programs and collection development.

Donations of baskets, concessions, and door prize gifts are greatly appreciated. Donations can be dropped off at the library during normal business hours (Wed 10am-3pm, Th 2-5pm, Fri 3-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm) any time before the basket party or by appointment.
