The Weybridge Energy Committee, in conjunction with the Addison County Solid Waste District, is sponsoring a FREE backyard composting workshop at the Weybridge Elementary School's Library on Saturday, May 19 at 10:00 am. Get the dirt on backyard composting, which recycles food scraps and yard waste (keeping them out of the landfill) into a nutrient-rich soil amendment that your garden will love. Even if you already do composting you will learn the latest tips on efficient and methane-avoiding technics.
