PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED TOWN-WIDE LEASH LAW AND INCREASED FINES.

The proposed changes to the Animal Control ordinance would require dogs to be leashed on every public road or under control with voice commands. Fines for violating the ordinance would increase, too.
