This informational and visceral first hour of your walk is geared to introduce you to the practice of Forest Bathing. The gentle mindfulness meander in the floodplain forest will be less than a mile and completed with a special foraged hot tea.

In this portion we'll identify some of the wild plants growing in this area and talk about their edible or medicinal uses. Many of the plants we find may be growing right in your backyard, or even in your garden! You'll learn to see our landscape in a whole new way.
