Do you have a gift with words and want to turn it into a rewarding career? Join working book editors Nancy Marriott and Susannah Noel of Editorial Arts Academy for a One-Day Workshop on Saturday, June 16, 9:30-4 pm, in Burlington, as they share from their experience about how you can do that.

In the Workshop, we'll cover:
• The 7 editorial roles (line editing, developmental editing, copyediting, and more.)
• Which is the right editorial role for you? (quiz to determine your role)
• Hands-on practice editing manuscript samples for our feedback
• Setting up your business at home
• Resource Guide with dozens of books, websites, forums, and classes to get you started.
You'll leave with your own personalized Roadmap to Success for how to start and chart your course!

Who should attend:
• Wordsmiths (aka "wordies") who want to make a living from their passion
• English majors or MFAs seeking a satisfying, flexible career in their area of expertise
• Stay-at-home parents or caregivers who can't commit to a 9-to-5 office job
