The Village Trustees & Planning Commission will be holding a joint work session on Thursday, May 17 at 6:30 PM. The boards will be discussing the following:
-Public to Be Heard. This gives the public an opportunity to bring up any concerns that they might have which are not on included the agenda.
-Regina Mahony from the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) will be giving a presentation on "The Economics of Development."
-The Boards will discuss parking, landscaping, and other issues of mutual interest.

The Village Trustees met on Tuesday, May 8. Highlights from the meeting include:
-During Public to be Heard, Carmelle Terborgh notified the board of a dog problem. The Trustees will forward this complaint to the Selectboard.
-The Trustees approved the CSWD FYE 19 budget.
-The Trustees awarded a bid for the Main Street Pedestrian Bridge Rehabilitation Project to Engineers Construction Inc. (ECI).
-The Trustees authorized staff to sign a traffic signal maintenance agreement with East Coast Signals.
-The Trustees discussed possible changes to the Open Burning Ordinance.
The Trustees discussed recent sewer problems at the Brownell Library.
